Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1 1.2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (5 - 6 medium)
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 hard -cooked eggs, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill.
