Spiced Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c EVOO
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 t dried oregano
  • 2 lbs organic, skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Preheat oven 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place in oven for 2 mins. Shake off excess marinade and arrange thighs on baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Let rest for 10 mins.
