Ingredients
- 7 medium potatoes cut into 1/2 cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz )
- 1 envelop ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( 4 oz
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a greased 11in-x 7in baking dish; dot with butter. Cover and back at 325 for 60-65 minutes or until tender. Combine sour cream and salad dressing mix. Spoon over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncover for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
