Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. minced green onions
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 lb. boneless Pork - cubed or whole
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in large zip-lok plastic bag, add pork, seal and refridgerate overnight or 24 hours, turning occasionally. Heat grille and cook.
