Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 10 oz pkg of frozen spinach,chopped
  • 4 c Paxo herbed stuffing
  • 2 large onions
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach per instructions and drain very well
Add remaining ingredients
Chill 2 hrs
Roll into 1" balls
Put on tray and bake 30 min
