Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 cup flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. soda
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together shortening, sugar. Blend pumpkin, vanilla and egg then add flour, baking powder, soda cinnamon ginger and nuts. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins
