Orange Buttercreams

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tsp orange oil
  • 2 lb powdered sugar
  • 12 oz hersehy choc chips
  • paraffin wax

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. add orange oil and mix well. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time. mix. Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls 1-2 hours. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. cover.

Coating: 12 oz bag of herseys chips

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler over low heat remove from heat. Dip candies and place on waxed paper until coating is set.
