Ham & Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 slices ham
  • 8-10 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 onions (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar, paprika, salt peper
  • 1 cup gratted cheddar or American
  • 1- 103/4 oz can cream of mushroom

Preparation

Step 1

Toss sliced potatoes in 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar & 1 cup of water. Drain. Put half of ham, potatoes & onions in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt & pepper then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover & Cook on low 8-10 hours. or on high 4 hours.
