Ingredients
- 6-8 slices ham
- 8-10 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 2 onions (peeled & thinly sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar, paprika, salt peper
- 1 cup gratted cheddar or American
- 1- 103/4 oz can cream of mushroom
Preparation
Step 1
Toss sliced potatoes in 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar & 1 cup of water. Drain. Put half of ham, potatoes & onions in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt & pepper then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover & Cook on low 8-10 hours. or on high 4 hours.
