Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 L Butternut squash
  • 2 L apples
  • 1/2 c cranberries,fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 7 x 11" baking pan
Put squash,apples and cranberries in pan
Combine brown sugar,flour and spices
Sprinkle over squash,dot with butter
Bake 30 min
