Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- 1 cup chopped ripe avacado
- 1 pkg sm tomatoes halved
- 1 small green onion
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Set aside 1/4 cup of the feta and 1 Tbsp of the basil to use as garnish.
In a large bowl gently stir together remaining feta,remaining basil,watermelon,avocado, tomatoes,shallots, olive oil, vinegar and sat.
Transfer to serving platter garnish with reserved feta ad basil
