Ingredients
- 1 # sweet potatoes (cut into srips, with skin)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher slat
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 425 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut potatoes into strips that are about 1/2 inch wide on each side
Placeall the ingredients into a sealable plastic bag, and shake well to thoroughly coat the fires. Spread the potatoes out onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning the tray around evry 10 minutes. Transfer to a dish lined with tissue paper to drain excess oil, if any.
