  • pinch of Pepper
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch pepper. Add the onion and let sit, tossing occasionally, for at least 15 minutes.
