APRICOT CHICKEN

  • 12-14 drumsticks or thighs
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle of Catalina Dressing
  • 2 cups Apricot Jam or preserves
  • 1 pkg. dry Onion Soup Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Line a 12” Dutch oven with foil and place chicken pieces inside. Stir together dressing, jam and soup mix. Pour over chicken pieces and bake with 12 to 14 briquettes on the top and 10 to 12 briquettes on the bottom for 90 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
