Cold Strawberry Soup

Make this refreshing dessert soup by pureeing strawberries, yogurt, sour cream and honey in a blender. Spoon into bowls or dessert dishes to serve, garnished with mint.

Ingredients

  • •3 pints fresh strawberry, hulled and washed
  • •1 qt yogurt
  • •3 tsp honey
  • •1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • •Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in a blender, a portion at a time if necessary, and puree. Stir all together. Chill, if desired. Place in chilled serving bowls to serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
