Bev's BBQ'd Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs skinless,boneless chicken thighs
  • 2/3 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate chicken thighs in mixture for 4-6 hrs in the fridge
Barbecue until cooked through-about 1/2 hr or so
