Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs skinless,boneless chicken thighs
- 2/3 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken thighs in mixture for 4-6 hrs in the fridge
Barbecue until cooked through-about 1/2 hr or so
