Banana Nut Bread

This recipe came from the Harvest All Purpose Flour bag.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup (2 large) mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Blend in eggs, oil, and milk. Stir in banana and nuts. Pour batter into greased 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-by-2 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 350 F for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out cleaned.
