Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 (9") prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar with a wire whisk until light and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and blend until mixture is smooth. Spread mixture evenly into pie crust. Spoon cherry filling over mixture in pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge 2 hrs. before serving.
