Ingredients
- 4 (1 1/4#) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 3/4 # mushrooms
- 2 T. flour
- 2 T. olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 t. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken. Prepare mushrooms. Dredge chicken. Cook chicken til brown. Add garlic. Add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes. Add vinegar, broth, thyme.
