Chicken Breasts w/ Garlic/Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 4 (1 1/4#) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 3/4 # mushrooms
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 t. thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken. Prepare mushrooms. Dredge chicken. Cook chicken til brown. Add garlic. Add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes. Add vinegar, broth, thyme.
