Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. ( 120 g ) Stove-Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Can ( 10 fl. oz/284 ml ) Low-Fat Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Lg. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 C. Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on pkg. Meanwhile, heat lg. oven-proof nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or till browned on both sides. Mix soup, onions, & thyme; spoon over chops. Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-30 min. or till chops are done. *Serve with steamed broccoli
