Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs potatoes peeled, sliced, divided
  • 12 oz pkg, or 1 lb cooked ham, cubed, divided
  • 1 small onion, chopped, divided
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 10 ¾ oz can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray the cooker with pam
2. Layer 1/3 of each of the potatoes, ham, onion, and cheese into the cooker
3. Repeat twice
4. Spread soup on top
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, on until potatoes are tender

**can add ½ cup water with the soup to make a creamier sauce
