Ingredients
- 1 4-ounce package sugar free strawberry Jello
- 1 package sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, reserve liquid
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup dry skim milk powder
- 2 tablespoons (sweetener) sugar to equal 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup reduced fat whipped topping
- 1 ounce chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix reserved pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup. Cook with Jello and pudding until thick. Cool.
Mix yogurt, milk powder, sugar and vanilla. Add fruit. Fold in whipped topping and pecans.
Mix and fold in cooled Jello.
Makes 8 3/4-cup servings
