Ingredients
- 10 oz. shrimp, medium size
- 10 oz. lobster (or monkfish), bite size pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons green peeper, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1/4 cup pimentoes, chopped
- 2 cups light cream
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Saute lobster, shrimp, green pepper, onion and pimento's in butter
for five minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups cream and Worcestershire; mix well.
Combine flour and 1/2 cup cream; blend and add to seafood mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add
mustard, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook over low heat until
cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
