Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Cardini's original Caesar Dressing
  • 1/3 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. light sour cream
  • 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Breton thin wheat crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese. Add artichokes and hot pepper sauce. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Serve hot over crackers.
