strawberry basil dip

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces strawberries, hulled (1 1/4 cup)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened (1/4 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon packed fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a blender container, combine strawberries, cream cheese, and honey. Cover; blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary. Add basil; pulse until just chopped. Serve immediately.

Make ahead: chill dip up to 8 hours. Serve at room temperature.
