*I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is very good and easy to make. Better than you can buy in a can any day!

Ingredients
- 4 Cups fresh cranberries
- 2 Cups water
- 3 Cups sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- Pinch of ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Wash cranberries and drain. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add cranberries.
Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour into a mold of some kind because when it chills, it will hold a shape. Chill till ready to serve.
