Lemon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts

  • 8 C. Fresh Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 1/4 C. Miracle Whip Light Dressing
  • 1/4 C. Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Each Lemon Zest & Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Yellow Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook brussels sprouts in boiling water 8-10 min. or till crisp-tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in lg. bowl. Drain brussels sprouts. Add to dressing mixture; toss to coat.
