- 8 C. Fresh Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 1/4 C. Miracle Whip Light Dressing
- 1/4 C. Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Each Lemon Zest & Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Yellow Mustard

Step 1
Cook brussels sprouts in boiling water 8-10 min. or till crisp-tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in lg. bowl. Drain brussels sprouts. Add to dressing mixture; toss to coat.
