Ingredients
- Lemon lime sherbert
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) tub thawed whipped topping
- Limes as a garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with foil. Spoon 2 cups lemon-lime sherbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes.
Beat 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 can sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup lemon juice. Stir in 1 (8 oz.) tub thawed whipped topping. Spread mixture over frozen sherbet. Freeze at least 3 hours and then slice using limes as a garnish.
