Ingredients

  • Lemon lime sherbert

    package (8 oz.) cream cheese

  • 1

    can sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup lemon juice

  • 1

    (8 oz.) tub thawed whipped topping

  • Limes as a garnish

Directions

Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with foil. Spoon 2 cups lemon-lime sherbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes. Beat 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 can sweetened condensed milk and ½ cup lemon juice. Stir in 1 (8 oz.) tub thawed whipped topping. Spread mixture over frozen sherbet. Freeze at least 3 hours and then slice using limes as a garnish.
