Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently until well combined.
2. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Serve chilled.
