Slivered Carrots

  • 2 lbs Slivered Carrot Pieces
  • 2 tblsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 1.5 tblsp chopped fresh Dill

Step 1

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add slivered carrots and onion.
Saute until crisp tender, approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt & pepper to taste and add Dill.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth and brown suger and stir to combine.
Heat through 3-4 minutes.
