Sandy's Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 2 c. fresh spinach, torn
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried-crisp and crumbled
  • 1 box frozen peas, thawed and uncooked
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9x13-inch pan, put layer of lettuce, then layer of fresh spinach, then layer of eggs, then crumbled bacon, then frozen peas, thawed. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix; spread over top, sealing edges well. Refrigerate overnight.
