Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Onion salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Min the ingredients together and shape into small balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Thaw slightly and bake at 350 deg. for 10-15 min.
