Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut (drained)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 t. vanilla
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
Cream cheese frosting
mix all ingredients together. Then spread on carrot cake.
