Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 2 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until light. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead well. The dough should be fairly stiff. Cover and let rest for aboout 20 minutes. Roll out very thin and place on a tea towel on the table to patially dry. (Do not let dough dry too much because it will be impossible to cut it.) Sift a small portion of flour over the entire surface, cut into strips, stack one on top of the other and cut with a sharp knife. For long noodles roll in a jelly roll fashion and cut.
