Simple Key Lime Pie

This is simple and quick to make in a pinch. Use your favorite prepared graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice (or lime juice)
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk milk and egg yolks. Slowly add lime juice while whisking. The mixture will thicken. Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until filling is almost set. Do not brown the pie. Refrigerate when chilled. Serve with whipped cream.
