Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 med. onion. chopped
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 6 c. chopped or shredded cabbage
- 3/4 lb. hamburger
- 1 can tomato soup (straight from can)
Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter, onion and celery, set aside. Brown hamburger, salt and pepper; add to onion mixture. In a 9x13-inch greased casserole; put all cabbage. Top with hamburger mix and top with tomato soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Like stuffed cabbage rolls without the fuss.
