Ingredients

  • 1 CAN SWEETEND CONDENSED MILK
  • 1/4 C. FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
  • 2 C. MINI MARSHMALLOWS
  • 1 CAN (16 oz ) WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
  • 1 CAN (20 oz) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
  • 1/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS
  • 3 DROPS RED FOOD COLORING
  • 1 TUB (8 oz) FROZ. WHIPPED TOPPING-THAWED

Preparation

Step 1

IN LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK & LEMON JUICE. STIR IN MINI MARSHMALLOWS, CRANBERRY SAUCE, CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, CHOPPED PECANS & FOOD COLORING. FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING UNTIL NO STREAKS REMAIN. SPOON INTO A 13 X 9 BAKING DISH. FREEZE UNTIL FIRM, ABOUT 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. CUT INTO SQUARES & SERVE.
