Chicken in Apricot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves or thighs (remove skin)
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 jar apricot jam

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle soup mix over chicken. Spread soup over the soup mix. Spread jam over the soup layer. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
