Mango Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Mango - cubed
  • 1/4 C. Orange Juice - fesh squeezed
  • 24 Strawberries, hulled
  • 1 C. Kiwi-peeled & sliced
  • 12 Red Raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Put Mangoes & Orange Juice in a blender & puree until smooth. Slice 20 of the strawberries, leaving 4 whole. Line the bottom of 4 balloon wineglasses with the sliced strawberries. Pour a thin layer of Mango puree over each layer just to cover. Reserving 4 slices of Kiwi, layer the rest on top of the puree. Divide the puree among the glasses. Top each with a slice of Kiwi, surrounded by Raspberries. Make a slit in the strawberries & position on edge of glass. Cover with plastic wrap & refridgerate for 15 minutes, serve anytime after that.
