Grilled Potato Pouches

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Shredded Chedder Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 C. Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Place Potatoes & Onion on an 18 x 22 piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese, parsley, sauce, salt & pepper; fold up around potatoes; drizzle with broth. Seal well. Place on hot grill for 35 minutes. Serves 6
