Ingredients
- 6 C. green tomato, pureed
- 4 C. sugar
- 1 - 6oz pkg Jello, regular not sugar free (Raspberry is best)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook tomatoes and sugar on a gentle boil - 15 mins
2. Add 6oz Jello. Cook and stir until dissolved
3. Pour into 1/2 pint jars and seal
Makes 9-10 1/2 pints. Store in cool place. Need not refrigerate.
