Ingredients
- 1 29 oz. can sweet potatoes
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C butter
- Top with mini marshmallows & chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Drain sweet potatoes reserving syrup. Mash sweet potatoes with potato masher. Mix sugar and melted butter and some syrup with potatoes. Put in casserole and sprinkle mini-marshmallows and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
