Ingredients
- 2-12 oz bags cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups dried cherries, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cognac
- 1/2 whole lemon, chopped, rind and all
- 1/4 whole orange, chopped, rind and all
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
Cook 10-15 minutes untill cranberries pop and mixture is thick
Stores for at least a week
