Step 1
For kebobs use 2 lbs cubed chicken breast, 1/2 fresh pineapple cubbed, 1 red pepper, green peppper and red onion sliced. Place all these in large bag with marinade of 1/2 c Agave Nectar, 6 oz pineapple juice, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1/4 c terriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3 crushed cloves garlic, 1 finelly chopped scalion. Marinade at least 2 hours up to overnight. Use 1 c as marinade and 1 c set aside for sauce. Grill kabobs. For sacue, put in small sauce pan and add 1 tsp cornstarch and bring to boil, then simmer 5-7 mintues Add 2 tbsp agave nector when done to finish it off. WE TRIED THIS 4/13 AND THE KIDS LOVED IT, INCLUDING THE SAUCE, WHICH WAS VERY GOOD.
