Skinny taste spinach lasagna rolls

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained completely
  • 15 oz fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 32 oz tomato sauce
  • 9 T part skim mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350
combine spinach ricotta Parmesan egg and salt and pepper in med bowl
ladle a cup of sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan
lay out wax paper and place dry noodles on papper
spread 1/3 c ricotta mixture evenly on each noodle
roll up carefully and place seam down in baking dish
Ladle rest of sauce over top of all noodles
top each noodle w 1 T mozzarella
Cover with foil and bake 40 mins
