Ingredients
- 2 cups quartered grape tomatoes
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup finely minced red onions
- 2 tbsp (or more) minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp each salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Gently mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving time or serve immediately.
