Ingredients
- 2 small boxes lime jello, 2 cups cold water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup grated cheese, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 pint whipped cream.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello and cold water together, set aside. Combine pineapple (undrained), lemon juice and sugar in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Mix with jello and refrig until it sets just a little. Whip cream and fold into jello mixture with nuts and cheese. Refrig and let it jell. ENJOY!!!
