Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup shredded Parm
- 1 long baguette
Preparation
Step 1
Turn broiler on high.
In a small bowl, mix butter, pesto and cheese well. Slice baguette lengthwise and spread evenly with pesto mixture.
Place 4-5 inches below the broiler until brown and bubbly but not too brown. Remove and slice in two inch pieces.
