Ingredients
- 2 LBS Sirloin tips
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 T oil
- 1 1/2 C catsup
- 4 T worcheshire sauce
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
brown sirloin tips on stove top. Saute garlic in oil in separate pan; add remaining ingredients. Add beef tips and place in oven proof pan and cook in oven for one hour til tender.
Serve over rice
